After a super successful Crowdfunding Campaign and Sport England’s cash injection, more helping hands seem to be cropping up. Two more charitable bodies have chosen our little Table Tennis Club as a lucky recipient. Worthing Community Chest have pledged a very generous Grant to fund some scoring machines and some flashy umpires tables, ready for league and tournament use. This will enable us to provide a standard of equipment that will help us for many years to come. Worthing Community Chest do incredible work for projects that help the community, founded in 2001 they have funded over 400 projects and have given over £500,000 in Grants. We are very lucky to be chosen. Secondly, Worthing Lions have also shown Pingsters TTC some love. They have awarded us a Grant that will enable us to purchase new surround barriers to add to our new equipment. Worthing Lions have been doing incredible work helping people, communities and organisations for over 70 years. They have donated over £700,000 to good causes in the last 33 years.
